To hear the story of Byron Allen is riveting. More and more I hear success stories that re-enforce the notation adversity inspires need for success by any means necessary.
“YOU HAVE TO OWN THE GAME,
NOT PLAY THE GAME.”
It appears the modern day parent gives so much to their children they(child) are not challenged to develop skill-sets that inspire for independence and excellence. That unfortunately has been the path for the black child. The black child is confronted by design numerous systemic, oppressive line items which specifically target them for failure and worst. The present generations forward must contain a mindset of ownership. Ownership is always leverage for power and a seat at the table.
This is truly an inspiring story. I thought I would share it to inspire those needing encouragement. Also this reference gives more depth on the upcoming SOTUS hearing. Why did the CBC not unanimously sign off on the efficacy of this lawsuit and it’s importance?
