Rhetorical questions are questions that ask merely for effect of spurring thought on historically deaf ears. With the rapid fire stimuli/response internet fueled social media, rhetorical questions are endlessly asked.
I am going to ask and answer some rhetorical questions, but first for the sake of humility the common sense idiom will always refer back to; “You Will Know Them By Their Fruits” .
Question #1
Black staff, athletes leave Liberty University after Falwell tweet.
A number of Black staff members and student-athletes are leaving Liberty University after the school’s president, Jerry Falwell Jr. sought to mock Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) on Twitter last month with a mask that depicted the racist imagery from Northam’s medical school yearbook page.
In the May 27 tweet, Falwell voiced his opposition to a mandate requiring Virginia residents wear face coverings in public and, in a swipe at Northam, said he would only wear a mask if it featured a photo from the governor’s medical school yearbook page that showed a man wearing a Ku Klux Klan robe and another man in blackface. My question is, what did you really expect from a generational bigot such as Jerry Falwell Jr? His daddy was a renown Christian bigot.

Mitch McConnell takes great pride at being Barack Obama’s nemesis. He feels entitled to that assignment not just targeting Obama, but every black person coming into his space of persuasion.
Sen. Mitch McConnell’s great-great-grandfathers owned 14 slaves, bringing reparations issues close to home.
McConnell has opposed paying reparations to descendants of slaves, though census records show his family, like many others, benefited from their labor. His relatives were paid reparations to make up for the lost of income attributed to the emancipation proclamation. He was born to look at black bodies as chattel.
My question is: Why would anyone expect this type of person to change into something who has no desire of understanding black human kind? Mitchell McConnell is white supremacy personified. Get over it.
Question #3
As late as June 28, 2020 Vice President Pence said he thinks the leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement are pushing what he called a “political agenda of the radical left”. When pressed in a recent interview about why he still refuses to say the phrase “Black lives Matter. Whatever his phobia behind that truism specifically Black Lives Matter, for too many centuries, Black lives were just chattel to and for people like Pence.
His boss very recently retweeted supporting “white power” chants.
My question is: Does anyone really believe Trump, Pence, and the rest of their trailing bigots will ever acknowledge Black Lives Matter? No, because deep down in their itty bitty minds they are not only the enemy of Black people, but a proven enemy of the state.
Final Question
There are revelations about Putin offering bounties on the heads of American and UK soldiers in Afghanistan. The president seems overwhelmed and lost in his thoughts more than usual. There appears to be a cover-up relating to #45 mental stability. Some speculate Trump is experiencing Ronald Reagan or Willy Loman (Death of a salesman) episodes. Either way America has voted in a business man that has bankrupted several businesses. He has crime family ties and treads lightly with Putin and other foreign operatives that pose danger to American society.
My question is: When this all goes down, and it will go down, will the GOP be charged with assisting in the dismantling of our Democracy, alongside the president?
America is heading to a crescendo of toxic events. COVID 19, Putin bounties on American Soldiers, open air lynchings of African-Americans, climate change pandemic, the Mexican border captives, government accountability, and much more. A reckoning is rapidly approaching. “You Will Know Them By Their Fruits”. Stay strong.
