February 2020
Eliminating insurrectionists from Congress is the only cure to safeguard Democracy. If wayward legislators are not overwhelmingly defeated and expelled, it’s only a matter of time before a more crafted and concise insurrection on the American people’s Democracy will be put in motion.
The motivation behind the present-day insurrectionists continues to be stark racism, otherwise the American experiment of an open society has been relatively successful.
Why anyone would not advocate for a progressive society with ageless principles is contrary to a peaceful coexistence and most people want peace. Right?
Not once in our 245-year history has our democracy been actively sabotaged by a sitting president and his congressional parasites. The events of Jan. 6, 2021 will be highlighted in all history books going forward. The insurrection of our election will never be forgotten. Its significance is on par with Sept. 11, 2001, and Dec. 7, 1941 (Pearl Harbor Day).
The reaction to the Trump incited call to the capital triggered a much deserved second impeachment. His psychopathic personality crescendo is a response to the election defeat to which he still is having a hard time acknowledging.
The Republican Party has been complicit with Trump for four years and counting. It has enabled his quest to obtain absolute authority, politicize the Justice Department in his behalf, swindle the American people and break norms, rules and laws with impunity.
Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Mo Brooks and Marjorie Taylor Greene along with other key Republican stalwarts of Trumpism, repeatedly threaten the Republic with toxic narratives and anti-democratic trolling.
Congress must rid insurrectionists amongst their ranks or risk unfathomable damage to America. The next mid-term elections (2022) and the 2024 election will lay out the future of the American dream, especially for African Americans.
